Unlike other organizations that do not have their own capital or permanent liquidity to make investments, the Telecom Infrastructure Partners group is backed by Swiss Life Asset Managers and InfraBridge, having been funded by up to $350M of equity and more recently with up to $600M of debt that guarantees each and every one of our investments.

Led by Eric Overman with more than 25 years of experience in the sector and a pioneer in transferring the income capitalization model to Europe with his former company Wireless Infrastructure Partners, a.k.a., APWireless, Telecom Infrastructure Partners has become the largest and most prolific global telecommunications site lease aggregator.
