Unlike other organizations that do not have their own capital or permanent liquidity to make investments, the Telecom Infrastructure Partners group is backed by Swiss Life Asset Managers and InfraBridge, having been funded by up to $350M of equity and more recently with up to $600M of debt that guarantees each and every one of our investments.
Until 2025, under the leadership of Eric Overman—who brought more than 25 years of industry experience and pioneered the introduction of the income capitalization model to Europe through his former company, Wireless Infrastructure Partners (also known as APWireless)—Telecom Infrastructure Partners became the largest and most prolific global telecommunications site lease aggregator.
