Eric was a remarkable leader whose vision, integrity, and passion shaped TIP from its foundation. He leaves behind a legacy defined not only by the business he created, but by the relationships he forged and the trust he inspired.

He encouraged others, celebrated their successes and brought energy to the work we do. He was passionate about culture and anyone who worked alongside him knew his mantra that “culture eats strategy for breakfast!” He brought humanity and compassion to everything he did and genuinely wanted the best for his people often stating that “I am here for you.”

Eric made a significant impact on TIP and on the broader telecommunications community and he will remain an important part of our story.
